Billing and Returns
At DIGI-TAILS we strive to exceed your customer service expectations. If you have any issues with your product please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue and send you a replacement ASAP.
You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days. (We have yet to turn down a return of new product even after much longer periods, just call us, we are a company of people not strict policies!).
We will stand behind our product for its lifetime. Within the first year we will send a replacement and pay for return shipping of the product. After a year you can send back your item and we will fix or replace it (you cover the shipping to us and we cover the shipping back to you).
If paying with PayPal the funds will come out of your PayPal account right away. Your information will always be encrypted and securing using the industry standard best practices.
